A series of pictures showing an airworthy Piper Cub, seen at Little Gransden. This aircraft is painted to represent the military Piper L-4 Grasshopper version. The Piper L-4 Grasshopper was a military derivative of the pre-war Piper J3 Cub and was flown by the U.S. Army as an artillery spotter during the Second World War.
